Helps GS1 Egypt achieve its mission and vision by increasing its revenue growth rate through overseeing sales activities and developing relationships with customers. Responsible for managing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and generating new sales opportunities.

Resposibilities

  • Generate leads in all GS1 Egypt Sectors.
  • Qualify and handle leads referred to from other departments; Membership (department responsible for adding new members, account management, retaining them, and ensuring they abide by GS1 policies) & Delivery (department responsible for delivery of products in Healthcare/Agri./Retail)
  • Approach new Customer Base in Egypt via annual conferences or exhibitions (IF AVAILABLE)
  • Handle the Proposal cycle from RFP until the successful implementation of the proposal scope
  • Responsible for issuing contracts and contract Implementation with clients
  • Responsible for achieving a monthly target
  • Use Salesforce Software for data entry and lead follow-up
  • Follow-up on GS1 Egypt sales process documentation
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of the contract process

Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive, or a relevant role
  • Experience 2-4 years in sales and business development in selling software
  • Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills
  • Excellent in Arabic & English (Writing- Speaking)
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills

  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field
