We're a fast-growing holiday homes / corporate housing operator based in Abu Dhabi, onboarding high-quality residential units into our short-term rental management portfolio.

We're looking for a drivenBusiness Development Executiveto sign new property owners and help grow our unit pipeline across UAE.

If you have experience in real estate, holiday homes, or property sales and you love closing deals this is a strong opportunity with real earning potential.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for acquiring new property owners into our short-term rental management portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and sign new property owners
• Build relationships with landlords, investors, and real estate agents
• Present our management model confidently and professionally
• Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements
• Collaborate with operations and onboarding teams to ensure smooth unit launches
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting

What We're Looking For

• Experience in UAE real estate, property sales, or holiday homes
• Proven ability to close deals and hit acquisition targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Commercial mindset with confidence engaging property owners
• Existing network of owners or agents in Abu Dhabi is highly advantageous
• Target-driven, motivated, and commercially sharp

Compensation & Commission

• Fixed Salary: AED 8,000 12,000 per month
• Commission: AED 6,000/month at 6 units signed
• Overachievement payout up to 125% (AED 7,500/month)
• OTE: AED 180,000 230,000+ per year
