Business Development Executive

Studio by RICE creates engaging social media content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help bring new clients on board and grow our agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through online and offline channels
• Present creative social media content ideas and strategies to clients
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Collaborate with the creative team on proposals and campaigns
• Assist with administrative tasks including quotations, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
• Stay updated on social media trends to advise clients

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (agency experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable with outreach, cold calling, and client-facing activities
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and accountable for targets
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
