About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven ICT Sales Account Manager / Business Development Executive to drive sales of networking and ICT solutions. The role involves managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and promoting a portfolio of networking products and solutions across SMB, Enterprise, and Channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage new and existing customer accounts for ICT & networking products
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive sales activities
- Promote networking solutions such as Switches, Routers, Wireless, Security & Infrastructure solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with System Integrators, Resellers, and End Customers
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives
- Conduct product presentations and solution discussions with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams (pre-sales, operations, logistics) for smooth order execution
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- 26 years of experience in ICT / Networking / Technology sales
- Strong understanding of networking products and solutions (LAN, WLAN, Routing, Security, Structured Cabling, etc.)
- Experience working with Vendors, Distributors, or System Integrators is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with strong business development and account management skills
- UAE market experience and existing client network will be an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Exposure to brands like Ubiquiti, Ruijie, Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, HP, etc.
- Channel sales or project-based sales experience
- Understanding of tendering and enterprise sales cycles
