Job Summary

Lux Renov8 is looking for a motivated and well-connected Business Development Executive with experience in the interior design, fit-out, renovation, or construction industry.

The role will focus on generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and industry partners, and helping grow Lux Renov8's portfolio of residential and commercial interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and business opportunities for interior design, renovation, and fit-out projects.
• Develop relationships with property owners, real estate agents, developers, consultants, architects, and other potential partners.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and company presentations.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design, estimation, and operations teams.
• Follow up on quotations and proposals to convert leads into confirmed projects.
• Maintain and develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Identify new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain professional relationships with existing clients and generate repeat and referral business.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Business Development or Sales within interior design, fit-out, renovation, construction, or a related industry.
• Good understanding of the UAE interior design and fit-out market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to generate leads independently and close deals.
• Professional presentation and confident client-facing personality.
• Valid UAE driving licence is a must.
• Degree or educational background in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field is a plus.
• Existing industry contacts or network will be highly preferred.
