Business Development Executive

A reputable and well-established Chemical distributor company is actively recruiting a Business Development Specialist for their team in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to drive portfolio growth and acquire new customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Prepare and maintain regular sales and business development reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers on technical requirements, product specifications, and purchasing matters.
• Provide technical support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving product-related issues, and ensuring high-quality customer service.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and market trends.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 – 5 years of sales experience.
• Must have B2B experience with chemicals used in the food industry.
• Strong network within the UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain markets.
• Must have a valid UAE Driver's License.
• Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and selling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic preferred.
