Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone proactive, commercially driven, and capable of managing the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new qualified B2B leads for customized AI solutions.
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, including outreach, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Understand client business challenges and translate them into clear, value-driven solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams (technical and delivery) to shape tailored solutions for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term value.
  • Stay informed about market trends and emerging AI use cases.
  • Maintain a structured pipeline and track opportunities effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • 36 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar B2B role.
  • Proven track record of generating B2B revenue and closing deals.
  • Experience in consultative selling or solution-based sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand business challenges and articulate technology-driven solutions.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a startup environment.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Familiarity with AI use cases (automation, data analytics, LLMs, etc.).
  • Existing network in target industries is a plus.
