Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare staffing sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients and stakeholders
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and drive sales growth
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within Qatar

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience in Healthcare Staffing Sales
• Hands-on experience in the Qatar staffing market
• Strong business development, sales, and client management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
