Business Development Executive/Manager

We are working with a leading marketing agency in Riyadh, looking to appoint a commercially driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in influencer and performance

marketing.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in driving new business across the Saudi market, working with brands to

deliver high-performing campaigns across social, influencer, PR, and digital channels.

This is a client-facing, revenue-generating role suited to someone confident in building

relationships, shaping solutions, and closing deals in a fast-moving agency environment.

What We're Looking For

• 2–10 years experience in sales, business development, or client servicing within a

marketing, social media, PR, or communications agency

• Proven experience working on or selling influencer and/or performance marketing

campaigns

• Strong understanding of brand positioning, reputation management, and digital growth

strategies

• Background in social media, PR, influencer marketing, or integrated campaigns

• Fluent in Arabic and English (essential)

• Confident communicator with strong pitching, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Commercially sharp, target-driven, and proactive in building proposals and client solutions

• Must be currently based in Riyadh

Salary is 13K-15K SAR
