Role Description

This full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive/Manager is based in Abu Dhabi. The position involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sales objectives. Key responsibilities include market analysis, engaging with clients to understand their needs, promoting Mindfire Technologies solutions, and negotiating partnership agreements to drive revenue growth. The selected candidate will also participate in the creation of effective go-to-market strategies and contribute to the organization's expansion in the Middle East and Africa.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management
• Experience with Cloud, Data Intelligence, or Cyber Security solutions
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Strategic planning, market analysis, and partnership development expertise
• Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively
• Understanding of trends and challenges in the Middle East and Africa market
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Prior experience in IT or related industries is mandatory
