We have an opportunity for a Business Development Executive Manpower Outsourcing to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive for Manpower Outsourcing will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing business opportunities for staffing and workforce outsourcing services. This individual will focus on developing relationships with new clients, expanding services to existing clients, and increasing market share within the manpower outsourcing sector. The role requires a strong understanding of the staffing and recruitment industry, excellent sales acumen, and a track record in B2B sales and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities for outsourcing staffing solutions across various industries (e.g., IT, finance, healthcare, manufacturing).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Customize service offerings to meet client needs and improve client retention.

Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Drive lead generation through various channels such as cold calls, networking events, digital marketing, and referrals.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts to win new business.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client demands, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze clients needs and provide appropriate manpower outsourcing solutions.
  • Contribute to developing sales strategies for expanding the client base.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth execution of manpower outsourcing solutions.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
  • Assist in pricing and contract negotiations in collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field (Masters or MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management in the staffing, recruitment, or manpower outsourcing industry
  • Proven track record of securing new clients and successfully managing business relationships.
  • Experience with workforce outsourcing solutions, including temporary, contract, and permanent staffing models.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the staffing industry, recruitment processes, and labor market trends.
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with the ability to meet sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
