Sales Executive Interior Fit-Out & Joinery (UAE)
We are hiring a Sales Executive for a well-established UAE-based company specializing in interior fit-out, bespoke joinery, and turnkey interior solutions across commercial, residential, and hospitality projects. Location-Burjuman
Experience-Min 3-5 years in joinery and fit-out projects
Salary-10k all Inclusive+Commission
UAE Driving License-Mandatory
Need attested degrees- both stamps from the home country and MOFA
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development for interior fit-out and joinery projects across the UAE
- Identify and pursue opportunities in commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and clients
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in coordination with estimation and design teams
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project follow-ups
- Negotiate terms and close contracts in line with company guidelines
- Track market trends, competitors, and pricing to support business growth
- Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth project handover
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of UAE sales experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects
- Strong network within consultants, contractors, and developers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Good technical understanding of joinery, finishes, and fit-out processes
- Valid UAE driving license
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
