Business Development Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our KSA team in Riyadh . The primary responsibility is to acquire new merchants, manage these accounts, and establish strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and strengthen relationships. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute acquisition strategies
• Use lead generation tools to build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Convert leads into sales opportunities and manage the sales cycle end-to-end
• Expand Paymob's presence in KSA market by understanding local business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and enhance client satisfaction
• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and refine acquisition efforts
• Fluent in English; familiarity with the KSA market is essential
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or account management in KSA
• Hands-on experience with merchants, partnerships, or in the retail, fintech, or e-commerce sectors
• Strong Lead Generation Skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Capability to work independently and achieve targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
