We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Payroll Services team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling HR, payroll, or outsourced business services, with a proven ability to build relationships and close deals in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and close new business opportunities for payroll and HR outsourcing services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Conduct meetings, client presentations, and product demos
- Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts
- Support revenue targets and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors
Requirements
- 24 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (Payroll/HR services preferred)
- Strong understanding of payroll outsourcing and HR solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- UAE market experience is highly preferred
- Ability to engage with HR managers, finance heads, and senior management
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and strong networking skills
