Our client is expanding into the UAE and we are looking for a hungry, well-connected Business Development Executive to grow distribution of premium Australian dog treats and pet snacks across pet stores and supermarkets with pet sections. As part of our team in Head office, you'll work in an on site environment, actively engaging in UAE markets whilst also being on the road, in stores, opening doors and closing deals, you'll play a big part in the growth throughout the UAE.

- Strong packaging, proven sell-through, and excellent margins for retailers.
Responsibilities
- Sell into independent pet stores, chains, and supermarkets with pet sections
- Open new accounts and manage existing ones
- Present products, negotiate listings, pricing, and promotions
- Build strong relationships with buyers and store managers
- Execute in-store launches, merchandising, and promotions
- Track orders, follow up, and support re-orders
- Provide market feedback (pricing, competitors, trends)
What We Are Looking For
- Proven sales experience in FMCG or pet products within the UAE
- Existing relationships with pet stores and/or supermarket buyers are a big plus
- Comfortable with cold calling, store visits, and negotiations
- Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Valid UAE driving licence and ability to work independently
