Job Title: Business Development Executive International Trading (Sourcing, Export & Import)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth in our international trading operations. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and support sourcing, export, and import initiatives to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities in local and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, buyers, and partners in sourcing, export, and import operations.
- Support negotiation of contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sourcing, export, and import activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for management.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or trading, preferably in international sourcing/export/import.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and identify opportunities.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
