Job Overview:
To source and close property management deals. Grow the portfolio by adding individual units, buildings, villa compounds, corporate portfolio in both commercial and residential sector.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities with clients and organizations for property management (commercial and residential).
- Source corporate clients and buildings for property management.
- Create and execute weekly/monthly prospecting plans for listings.
- Establish and maintain a database of prospective clients and key contacts.
- Maintain the highest quality of customer and client satisfaction.
- Establish new business relationships and nurture existing client relationships.
- Integrate new clients into existing business operations.
- Understand the property market in detail.
- Develop a collaborative work ethic within teams.
- Work closely with the Director of Property Management and other department heads to create and execute department marketing plans.
- Ensure agency marketing materials are sent to and received by prospective clients.
- Arrange professional photos, floor plans, and marketing scripts for all new properties.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of new property management listings.
- File business development documents
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including contact and unit details in the database.
- Interact frequently with vendors, VIP clients, and government officials to expand personal networks.
- Provide frequent updates to Department Heads and the Management Team.
- Contribute to achieving the company's mission, vision, values, and strategic profit objectives.
- Play a critical role in the Company's growth and expansion.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the property industry.
- Proven track track record in business development.
- Experience developing and sustaining new business ventures.
