About the Role:

Sun Tours is looking for a Business Development Executive – Outdoor Sales to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing sales of Sun Tours travel and tourism services.

This is a field-based sales role that requires frequent client visits, networking, lead generation, and direct engagement with potential customers and business partners.

* Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Saudi market.

-Conduct regular outdoor visits and face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients.

-Generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals, events, and market research.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, companies, travel agencies, organizations, and other potential business partners.

-Present and promote Sun Tours travel and tourism services.

-Understand clients travel requirements and coordinate with the internal team to provide suitable travel solutions and quotations.

-Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.

-Follow up with leads and prospects and convert opportunities into confirmed business.

-Maintain regular communication with existing clients to increase client retention and generate repeat business.

-Achieve monthly and annual sales and business development targets.

-Monitor market trends, competitors, customer needs, and new business opportunities within the Saudi tourism market.

-Represent Sun Tours professionally at business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions.

-Maintain accurate records of leads, client visits, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activities.

-Provide regular reports on sales activities, sales pipeline, achievements, and market feedback.

* Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

-Minimum 4 years of experience in outdoor sales, business development, B2B sales, or travel and tourism sales.

-Previous experience in the Saudi market is mandatory.

-Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a strong advantage.

-Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

-Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business.

-Target-driven, proactive, and highly motivated personality.

-Ability to work independently and spend a significant amount of time visiting clients and developing the market.

-Good knowledge of travel products, tourism services, and the Saudi market.

-Very Good command of English.

-A valid Saudi driving license and access to a car are preferred.
