About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and target-focused Business Development Executive to join our team. The right candidate will have experience in staffing and recruitment, a strong network, and a good understanding of the UAE market. The role involves bringing in new clients, maintaining relationships, and supporting revenue growth through tailored recruitment and outsourcing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in staffing, recruitment, and outsourcing
- Build and maintain relationships with HR and procurement teams
- Conduct market research on potential clients and industry trends
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Work with the recruitment team to ensure smooth and timely delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings
- Maintain updated records of activities through CRM tools
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in recruitment or outsourcing (UAE experience preferred)
- Good understanding of staffing models, including permanent, contract, and outsourcing
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems
