Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a Business Development Executive (Staffing). The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts. Responsibilities include developing and executing lead generation plans, coordinating with clients to understand staffing needs, and driving business growth within the recruitment and staffing sector. The candidate will also be responsible for creating strategies to expand Dewan Consultants presence in the region.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Account Management and nurturing long-term client relationships
• Excellent Business and Communication skills for strategic planning and client engagement
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
• Prior experience in the Manpower supply/ Bulk hiring in Staffing industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM tools and business communication software is an advantage
• Knowledge of the local market in Saudi Arabia is a plus
