Job Summary:
Join Sundus, a leading HR solutions provider with a 25+ year UAE legacy, now expanding in Saudi Arabia. As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to visit project sites and meet clients to secure business for Sundus's Project HR Solutions. You will focus on projects in the Eastern Province, offering tailored recruitment, outsourcing, and workforce deployment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits to project sites to meet clients and understand workforce requirements.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for project-based HR solutions across targeted sectors.
- Promote Sundus's full portfolio: Recruitment, Outsourcing, Payroll Management, HR Consulting, Executive Search, and Workforce Deployment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Provide market insights and feedback to support strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams for smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in visiting and dealing with clients at project sites.
- Knowledge of gate pass processes and how to access project sites.
- Existing connections in projects within Eastern Province
- Ability to build strong client relationships and convert opportunities into business.
Preferred:
- Experience in HR solutions or related services.
- Candidates with backgrounds in Trading, Equipment Supply, Construction, or similar industries are welcome, provided they have project experience.
Skills & Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and project compliance requirements.
- Ability to travel extensively to project sites.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong client handling and relationship management.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of project staffing models and HR outsourcing practices.
