Business Development Executive

Job Details:

• 5 day work week

• Salary: Up to $4200

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients needs and admission requirements to support appropriate service planning

• Conduct market and competitor research with the Business Development and Community Engagement teams to identify growth opportunities and industry trends

• Develop and maintain partnerships with healthcare institutions, medical professionals, government agencies, and community organisations to strengthen referral channels

• Oversee referral management, concierge services, and customer service processes to ensure a smooth experience for residents and their families

• Maintain accurate resident records, prepare communication materials, and manage feedback channels to uphold service and brand standards

• Support the development and review of policies, procedures, and marketing initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness

• Monitor departmental budgets, prepare regular and ad hoc reports, and ensure resources are used efficiently

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to handle customer enquiries and resolve issues effectively
