Job Title: Business Development Executive -Training Business.
Role OverviewWe are hiring Business Development Executives to drive the growth of our training business. The role involves identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and generating revenue through corporate training solutions and public programs.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the training and L&D space
- Reach out to HR, L&D, and business leaders to introduce Excelledia's solutions
- Promote corporate training programs and public workshops
- Fix meetings and deliver basic program briefings to clients
- Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed business
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal submission and execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements- 2–3 years of experience in training sales / L&D sales (preferred)
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in GCC markets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to generate leads and close deals
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Preferred Profile- Prior experience selling corporate training programs
- Existing network with HR / L&D professionals
- Familiarity with GCC training market
