Role Description The Business Development Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and contributing to proposals and project bids. The individual will collaborate with design and construction teams to align architectural solutions with client needs and company capabilities. Daily tasks include assessing project requirements, recommending integrated solutions, preparing presentations, and supporting negotiations with prospective clients. The Business Development Architect will also monitor market trends, maintain a pipeline of potential projects, and help optimize service offerings to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Architecture and Solution Architecture skills to design and communicate effective project and business solutions.
- Experience with Integration and Web Services to ensure cohesive, technology-enabled project workflows and client-facing platforms.
- Background in Software Development to understand and support digital tools and systems used in project management and client engagement.
- Proven business development experience, including lead generation, client relationship management, and proposal preparation.
- Ability to work on-site in Giza, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
- Experience in construction, finishing, or real estate development in Egypt or Saudi Arabia is highly beneficial.
