Job Description

Job: Business Development / Growth Manager

Location: Dubai - UAE

Industry: Education

Salary: 10k-12k + performance-based bonus

Key Responsibilities:

1. Location Expansion

  • Identify and evaluate high-potential real estate locations for new nursery sites.
  • Develop and manage relationships with landlords, developers, and brokers to secure favorable lease or purchase terms.
  • Build a robust pipeline of future locations aligned with Futura's strategic growth plan.

2. Corporate Partnerships & Strategic Tie-Ups

  • Design and promote tailored childcare solutions for large corporates and employers.
  • Lead business development efforts with HR departments, workplace wellness heads, and executive teams.
  • Identify and structure win-win models including on-site nurseries, preferred placement partnerships, and employee benefit schemes.

3. Market Intelligence & Opportunity Sourcing

  • Conduct market scans, demographic analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform expansion decisions.
  • Stay informed on regulatory requirements, licensing norms, and zoning rules impacting early childhood centers.

4. Commercial Negotiation & Stakeholder Management

  • Drive end-to-end negotiations with B2B clients, landlords, and institutional partners.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure deal structures are commercially viable and operationally executable.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7+ years in business development, B2B sales, or location expansion within the UAE. Preference for candidates with experience in real estate, education, HR services, or retail services sectors.
  • Track Record: Demonstrable success in identifying and closing new locations, negotiating lease agreements, and forming strategic corporate partnerships.
  • Network: Strong network among developers, corporate HR leaders, and real estate professionals in the UAE.
  • Skills:
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to structure complex B2B offerings with clear value propositions.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-growing environment.
  • Other Requirements: Must have a valid UAE driving license and own car for site visits and partner meetings.
