As part of our expansion into the Dubai / UAE market, we are building a high-energy business development team to support our growth journey.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Development Intern to support our sales efforts in the UAE market. The role will focus heavily on lead generation, outbound sales support, and scheduling meetings. This is a high-impact role offering direct exposure to the Founder/CEO and real-time international sales experience.
Key Responsibilities :Lead Generation & Sales Support- Identify and research potential corporate clients in the UAE market
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, emails, and online research
- Maintain and update a structured lead database
Meeting Scheduling- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings and calls for the Founder/CEO
- Ensure proper follow-ups, confirmations, and calendar management
- Share meeting briefs and background notes prior to discussions
Market Research- Conduct sector-wise research to identify high-potential industries and companies
- Track competitors and market trends in recruitment and HR services
Reporting & Coordination- Share daily and weekly lead generation and meeting reports
- Coordinate internally with sales and delivery teams for smooth handovers
Eligibility & Skill RequirementsEligibility
- Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation / MBA (Business, Marketing, Management preferred)
- Interest in sales, business development, or consulting roles
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and professional client interaction
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and LinkedIn
- Highly organized with good follow-up skills
