Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based inDubai, UAE. You will support the Head of Business Development & Partnerships by helping manage partner relationships, identifying new opportunities, reaching out to leads, coordinating meetings, supporting contract processes, and assisting with events, activations, and photoshoots.
Key Responsibilities- Support day-to-day business development and partnership activities
- Conduct market research and identify new B2B opportunities
- Generate, qualify, and reach out to leads (email, calls, LinkedIn)
- Maintain CRM, lead databases, and pipeline trackers
- Assist with proposals, pitch decks, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups
- Support partnership contract documentation and onboarding
- Assist with events, activations, and photoshoot logistics
Qualifications- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Interest in business development, partnerships, and lead generation
- Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled) in a business-related field preferred
- Fluent English required (Arabic or French is a plus)
- CRM / Microsoft Office / Google Workspace knowledge is a plus
