We're Hiring: Business Development Intern (Partnerships & Growth)

Sands is looking for aBusiness Development Internto join our growth team and support partnerships, lead generation, and B2B relationship management.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based inDubai, UAE. You will support the Head of Business Development & Partnerships by helping manage partner relationships, identifying new opportunities, reaching out to leads, coordinating meetings, supporting contract processes, and assisting with events, activations, and photoshoots.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day business development and partnership activities
  • Conduct market research and identify new B2B opportunities
  • Generate, qualify, and reach out to leads (email, calls, LinkedIn)
  • Maintain CRM, lead databases, and pipeline trackers
  • Assist with proposals, pitch decks, and presentations
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups
  • Support partnership contract documentation and onboarding
  • Assist with events, activations, and photoshoot logistics
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
  • Interest in business development, partnerships, and lead generation
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled) in a business-related field preferred
  • Fluent English required (Arabic or French is a plus)
  • CRM / Microsoft Office / Google Workspace knowledge is a plus
