Position: Business Development Lead (Middle East and Africa)
Location: Dubai, Ibn Batuta Office (with required travel)
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Arabic
The Business Development Lead at Neostats will focus on driving growth and client acquisition in the Middle East and Africa, particularly in sectors like banking, retail, travel, and oil and gas. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing end-to-end sales processes, building client relationships, and staying informed about market trends. Fluency in Arabic and a minimum of 3 years experience are essential, with the position based in Dubai and requiring travel. Prior experience in technology is mandatory with strong preference for candidates with some exposure to Data & Analytics

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to enhance revenue growth.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to contract finalization, including effective negotiation skills.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and lead generation.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Achieve and surpass sales goals by developing targeted business plans based on market trends.
• Generate detailed sales reports, providing insights into sales performance and market opportunities.
• Identify and qualify new sales prospects to consistently achieve targets.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, especially in the Middle East and Africa.
• Proven track record in sales and client acquisition, in IT/Business Consulting.
• Understanding of the banking, retail, travel, and oil and gas industries as well as exposure to Data & Analytics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, with a strong preference for candidates with existing client connections in the target regions.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and possess a proactive approach to business development.
