Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in the 3PL sector. Should have experience in Space selling for third party logistics
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure service delivery excellence.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential clients.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-15 years of experience in business development or sales in the logistics and supply chain sector.
- Strong understanding of 3PL services and logistics operations.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret market data.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
