Job Description
Role Summary: Our Client an Advertising UAE-based company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to acquire real-estate agents, brokers, agencies and developers for lead-generation and performance-marketing services.
Key Responsibilities: Generate new business; build and manage a sales pipeline; conduct client meetings; identify client needs; present campaign solutions; prepare proposals; negotiate and close; maintain relationships and identify recurring opportunities.
Requirements: 3-4+ years of proven UAE sales/business-development experience; direct experience selling lead generation, performance marketing, digital advertising or similar services; strong existing network in the UAE real-estate market; proven full-cycle new-business capability; strong negotiation/closing skills; professional English and/or Arabic.
