About the Role
We are seeking a result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive client acquisition and expand our presence in the Forex / CFD trading industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong IB partnerships, and contributing to overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients in Forex / CFD trading
- Develop and manage IB & affiliate partnerships
- Drive revenue growth through new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships (Retail & HNI)
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience
- Track and manage sales pipeline & performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 35 years of BDM / Sales experience in Forex / CFD / Financial Trading
- Total experience should not exceed 6 years
- Proven experience in client acquisition & IB partnerships
- Exposure to international markets is an advantage
