About the Role

We are seeking a result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive client acquisition and expand our presence in the Forex / CFD trading industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong IB partnerships, and contributing to overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients in Forex / CFD trading
  • Develop and manage IB & affiliate partnerships
  • Drive revenue growth through new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships (Retail & HNI)
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience
  • Track and manage sales pipeline & performance metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 35 years of BDM / Sales experience in Forex / CFD / Financial Trading
  • Total experience should not exceed 6 years
  • Proven experience in client acquisition & IB partnerships
  • Exposure to international markets is an advantage
