Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and contract closure. This role focuses on outbound sales activity, pipeline development, and securing contracts that contribute to the company's annual revenue targets. The position is performance-driven, with clear KPIs linked to revenue generation and sales activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities aligned with the company's products and services
- Drive outbound sales activity through proactive prospecting and client engagement
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls on a daily basis
- Book, manage, and attend client meetings independently
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring commercially viable agreements
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly and annual revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, meetings, and closed deals
- Work closely with senior leadership to align sales strategy with business objectives
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or revenue-generating roles in a CRM/AI/SaaS Marketing Technology environment (4+ years)
- Experienced in leading teams
- Strong outbound sales capability and resilience
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work to strict KPIs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Comfortable working in an office-based environment
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
On offer salary of up to AED 15,000 per month +8% commission
