Extrucoat21 is expanding its architectural aluminum systems business, and we're looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the market and drive system sales across key projects.
Role Purpose:
To develop and grow sales of Extrucoat's architectural aluminum systems by identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with fabricators, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development plans for architectural aluminum systems.
- Identify and pursue new projects and market opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with aluminum fabricators, faade contractors, architects, and consultants.
- Promote Extrucoat's architectural systems and ensure specification in projects.
- Coordinate with the technical office on BOQs, system selection, and quotations.
- Follow up on offers, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Grow sales volume through both new projects and existing clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing dynamics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in selling architectural aluminum systems.
- Strong network within fabricators, faade companies, and consultants is a must.
- Solid understanding of aluminum systems, specifications, and project sales cycles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset.
