Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in the Forex/CFD industry. The ideal candidate must possess an active portfolio (book) of high-value clients and a strong track record of acquiring, managing, and growing trading accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing long-term client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring and onboard an existing portfolio of active Forex/CFD clients.
- Acquire new retail and professional traders through personal networks, referrals, and business development activities.
- Meet and exceed monthly funded account, deposit, trading volume, and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, webinars, and product demos.
- Monitor client activity and collaborate with the customer support teams to ensure excellent service.
- Stay updated on global financial markets, Forex trends, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales performance reports.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements in the UAE.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the Forex, CFD, or financial trading industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Must have an active book of clients with the ability to transfer and generate trading volume.
- Strong understanding of Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices, cryptocurrencies, and financial markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluent in Arabic is use for the Communication within the enterprise departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of Introducing Brokers (IBs) and (HNWIs).
- Experience working with regulated Forex brokers.
- Knowledge of MT5 .
