About the Role

The BDM/Sales Manager/Account Manager will be responsible for driving TP-Link's Enterprise Business, including enterprise networking and CCTV solutions. This role involves promoting enterprise-level and SMB products through projects and tenders, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

What we are looking for

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers, including System Integrators (SI), consultants, and end users.
  • Promote TP-Link's business networking solutions to target customers and provide expert advice on product features and customized solutions.
  • Identify and capture opportunities within vertical sectors, including:

Commercial sectors: Construction, residential, and hospitality.

Public sectors: Hospitals, schools, and other government entities.

  • Identify new partnership opportunities, maintain effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices, and develop new relationships to expand the business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to remain competitive.
  • Analyze and interpret RFPs (Request for Proposals) critically and devise effective strategies for project success.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to enhance market presence by organizing and participating in conferences, meetings, and workshops.

What Talent Do You Bring

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a BDM, Sales Manager, or Account Manager in the enterprise technology sector.
  • Strong familiarity with enterprise networking solutions and products.
  • A valuable client database, including B2B partners (VADs, SIs) and end users from public and private sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in network project management with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or a related field.
  • Native Arabic speaker or fluent in Arabic communication.
