Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead regional business growth initiatives in the car rental industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring corporate clients, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Business Development function for the assigned region.
  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients to expand the customer base.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and business expansion plans.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Develop and manage a healthy business pipeline to achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing with prospective clients.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the Business Development team.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and performance reviews for management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Key Account Management, or B2B Sales.
  • Experience in the Car Rental, Travel, Mobility, Transportation, Fleet Management, or related service industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue and business growth targets.
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships and manage large corporate accounts.
  • Leadership experience with team management capabilities.
