Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven local Business Development Manager to lead and grow our client base in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a start-up environment, can operate independently, and has a strong track record of winning new business within the recruitment industry.
You will play a key role in establishing CCL's presence in Saudi Arabia, with the opportunity to expand business development efforts across the wider GCC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia, with a focus on Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, and Technology sectors
- Build and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Promote CCL's full suite of services including:
- Permanent / Direct Hire recruitment
- Contract staffing solutions
- Payroll and workforce management services
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations
- Structure recruitment and manpower solutions tailored to client requirements
- Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure successful execution of client mandates
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and provide regular market intelligence
- Represent CCL at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings within the Kingdom
- Contribute to the long-term growth strategy, including expansion into GCC markets
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales role within the recruitment industry
- Fully Bilingual (Arabic/English)
- Strong understanding of both contract and permanent recruitment models
- Demonstrated ability to win new business and manage the full sales cycle
- Commercially astute with the ability to structure deals and proposals
- Good understanding of workforce solutions including payroll, onboarding, and compliance in Saudi Arabia
- Established network within key sectors such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, or Technology
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia as required
