The Manager Channel Relations is responsible for relationship management, lead flow optimization, and day-to-day broker servicing to ensure the consistent delivery of channel-generated revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned brokers and agencies.
- Track and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of broker deals including registration, follow-up, and closure coordination.
- Ensure availability of updated project brochures, pricing, and sales tools for all channel partners.
- Support execution of broker training and internal communication sessions.
- Update lead progress and broker feedback regularly in CRM systems.
- Address operational queries from brokers and align internal teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain records of broker performance and incentive calculations.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in any field is mandatory
Work Experience:
- 3+ years of Business Development or Accounts handling experience
Required Skills:
- Valid UAE Driving License is Mandatory
- Should be flexible with Travelling
- Should have no clock mentality
- Experience coordinating with c-suits professionals
