ABOUT THE ROLE

COLABS Narjis is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the charge on the ground in Riyadh. This is a revenue-owning, relationship-building role - you'll be the face of COLABS to corporates, government entities, and the broader Riyadh business community, responsible for filling our space, building partnerships, and turning conversations into signed deals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the role, you will be looking after the following:

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing
  • Drive membership and workspace occupancy targets
  • Build and manage a healthy, qualified sales pipeline
  • Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Structure commercial proposals and pricing for corporate deals

Corporate & Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify and develop partnerships with corporates, government bodies, and enterprises
  • Negotiate and close strategic partnership agreements
  • Represent COLABS in B2B deals that extend beyond standard membership sales
  • Build COLABS positioning as a partner of choice in Riyadh's business ecosystem

Client Relationship Management

  • Own client relationships post-sale, ensuring retention and renewals
  • Deliver a hospitality-grade client experience at every touchpoint
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Act as the trusted point of contact for key corporate clients

Market Presence & Network Building

  • Build and maintain a strong local network across Riyadh's business community
  • Represent COLABS at industry events, business forums, and networking circles
  • Stay close to market trends and competitor activity in the coworking and corporate services space
  • Feed market intelligence back to leadership to shape go-to-market strategy

Reporting & Strategy Input

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting
  • Report regularly on sales activity, conversion, and revenue against target
  • Collaborate with leadership on KSA market entry and growth strategy
  • Provide client and market feedback to inform space design and offering

WHAT OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE LOOKS LIKE

  • 7–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
  • Background in coworking, hospitality, service industry, or corporate sales
  • Proven track record of closing high-value commercial deals
  • Currently based in Riyadh, with established understanding of the local market
  • Existing network within Riyadh's corporate and business community is a strong plus
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Fluent Arabic speaker (native or near-native), with strong English
