A growing maritime organization is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead chartering activities and drive revenue growth across its fleet portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure short- and long-term charter contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with charterers, brokers, and offshore operators
- Negotiate charter agreements and optimize vessel utilization
- Support P&L performance, budgeting, and margin management
- Coordinate with marine and technical teams to ensure operational readiness and compliance
- Prepare commercial proposals and tender submissions
Requirements:
- 10+ years of maritime industry experience
- Proven track record in vessel chartering (offshore/support/utility vessels)
- Strong regional maritime network
- Solid understanding of charter structures, vessel OPEX, and marine compliance
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
