Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role involves corporate tie-ups, outdoor business generation, and direct involvement in financial restructure and consolidation sales cases. Youll be working closely with our advisory and operations teams to convert leads into successful cases, develop corporate partnerships, and promote our financial wellness programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pitch, and secure corporate partnerships for employee financial wellness initiatives
- Conduct outdoor client visits and networking to source new business opportunities
- Handle and close debt restructure and consolidation cases with strategic guidance
- Collaborate with the advisory team to structure win-win solutions for clients
- Attend business events, expos, and field meetings to build market presence
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and generate regular sales reports
- Continuously stay updated with UAE market trends, credit policies, and banking regulations
Who You Are:
- A natural networker with at least 7+ years in business development/sales in financial services and banking industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with outdoor fieldwork and client-facing responsibilities
- Knowledge of loan restructuring, credit cards, consolidation, and settlement processes is a big plus
- UAE driving license is a must, as the job requires traveling
