The Role
We're hiring a Business Development Manager to source, close, and grow high-impact partnerships. This includes strategic affiliates, media buyers, communities, KOL networks, platforms/tools, and brand collaborations. You'll own the pipeline end-to-endfrom prospecting to negotiation to launchand work closely with marketing, product, and ops to scale partner-led acquisition.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage a BD pipeline: prospecting, outreach, qualification, pitching, and closing.
- Identify and secure partnerships across: affiliates, influencer networks, streamers, media properties, communities, SaaS/tools, and strategic referrers.
- Structure and negotiate commercial terms (rev share, CPA, hybrid, flat fees, exclusivity, geo splits, performance tiers).
- Coordinate onboarding: tracking setup (UTMs, postbacks, codes), creative assets, landing pages, compliance checks.
- Own partner performance after launch: weekly check-ins, optimisation plans, promos, and scaling decisions.
- Work with Finance/Legal on contracts, invoicing, payment terms, and partner risk controls.
- Collaborate with Growth/Paid teams to test new channels and convert partner insights into repeatable playbooks.
- Track and report commercial performance: sign-ups, FTDs, deposit volume, NGR, retention signals, CAC/CPA.
- Represent Blitzed at industry events and build a strong network in iGaming + crypto.
What Success Looks Like (First 60-90 Days)
- A clear partner segmentation + target list (top 50-100 prospects).
- 10-20 active partners onboarded (mix of test + scale), with clean tracking.
- First scalable partnerships producing consistent FTDs/deposits at target CPA/NGR.
- A simple pipeline + performance dashboard shared weekly with leadership.
Requirements
- 2-6+ years in BD / partnerships / affiliate management (iGaming, crypto, fintech, e-commerce, or performance marketing).
- Strong negotiation skills and comfort with commercial structures (CPA/rev share/hybrid).
- Proven ability to prospect and close deals independently.
- Highly organised with pipeline discipline (CRM hygiene, follow-ups, deal notes).
- Data-driven: understands KPIs and can optimise based on performance.
- Excellent communicationclear, fast, and reliable with internal teams and external partners.
Nice to Have
- Experience in iGaming/casino/sportsbook or a regulated/grey-category environment.
- Existing network of affiliates, media buyers, communities, or KOL agencies.
- Understanding of tracking/postbacks and attribution basics.
- Familiarity with crypto payments / on-chain considerations and wallet flows.
