Business Development Manager-CSR

JOB DESCRIPTION

The person in this position will be responsible for fundraising from large corporates from their CSR fund and also will lead pre-sales.

1. Business generation from B2B sales

2. Complete ownership of CSR Led Project Execution through multiple partners.

3. Responsible for end-to-end project operations - project management, team management, budget and timelines

4. Establish strong contact with key stakeholders for mapping training opportunities, budget and timelines

5. Maintain and submit training reports and documents

6. Keep control of your calendar in a proactive way, Create Pre-Journey plan (PJP) in consent with the Stake holders

Sharing daily/weekly progress report of project deliverables & timelines
