Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage and cultivate strong relationships with key CCTV accounts (mainly System Integrators SIs and End Users).

2. Manage and support the local SI sales team and ensure smooth teamwork within the project scope.

3. Achieve the annual sales target and maintain healthy gross profit margins.

4. Support customer relationships during pre-sales and post-sales phases together with the key account team.

5. Identify, uncover, and monitor project opportunities throughout all stages until commitment and closing.

6. Act as the first contact point for customers during the design phaseincluding system integration and project consultations.

7. Collect and summarize customer feedback to support and influence new product development.

8. Expand market share within existing customers through increased project penetration.

9. Build strong, high-level relationships with key departments inside strategic customers.

10. Develop a clear strategy for each key account, including End Users, to achieve revenue goals and strengthen long-term corporate partnerships.

Job Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Security & CCTV market.

2. Strong knowledge of the project market, with a solid network of System Integrators (SIs) and proven experience dealing directly with End Users.

3. Excellent selling skills with the ability to listen, customize presentations, and lead effective teamwork.

4. Responsible, proactive, and able to drive business growth independently.

5. Strong ability to motivate teams and drive sales within tight timelines.

6. Highly competitive, target-oriented, and efficient.

7. Strong public speaking, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.

8. Good command of English is a must.
