Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) and direct clients in the MENA region.
- Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute online/offline promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Support client onboarding and ensure an excellent client experience from the first interaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the Forex / CFD trading industry (minimum 3 years).
- Strong network of IBs and/or traders in the MENA & South Asia region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
