Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pursue, and qualify new land development opportunities across Saudi Arabia.

• Support acquisitions, transactions, and negotiation processes with private landowners and government entities.

• Conduct due diligence on land availability, legal status, feasibility, and investment potential.

• Maintain a strong understanding of industrial park development, including logistics parks and factory/warehouse planning.

• Work closely with government entities on land use planning, permitting, approvals, and compliance requirements.

• Serve as a point of contact for key stakeholders across government, private sector, and project partners.
