Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to support the continued growth of our studio and agency. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and contributing to strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth.

The Business Development Manager will work closely with internal creative, production, and strategy teams to develop proposals, present solutions to prospective clients, and ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company goals
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
• Research market trends and client needs to inform business development strategy
• Develop and present proposals and pitch materials to prospective clients
• Lead contract negotiations and support deal closure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and project delivery
• Track pipeline activity and contribute to revenue forecasting and reporting

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze opportunities and contribute to strategic planning
• Demonstrated experience identifying and cultivating new business relationships
• Experience in media, podcasting, or digital content is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

Salary & Compensation Information

• This is a paid, full-time position
