Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join a well-established Interior Fit-Out company in Dubai The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new client relationships, and securing interior fit-out projects across commercial and residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interior fit-out market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and present company services
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Track market trends, competitors, and potential projects
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements:
- 35 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales role in the Interior Fit-Out industry
- Strong understanding of U-A-E interior fit-out market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
Salary & Benefits:
