Position: Manager Business Development

Department: Business Development / Corporate & Multinational Clients

Experience Required: 35 years in business development within corporates, multinationals, fintech, financial institutions, or related sectors

Location: Dubai (full-time, on-site)

Role Summary

The Manager Business Development will be responsible for driving business growth by developing strategic relationships with corporate and multinational clients. The role involves identifying new opportunities, expanding existing partnerships, and achieving sales targets and KPIs. The ideal candidate must have strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in corporate business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire and grow corporate and multinational clients.
  • Identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to expand the organization's client portfolio.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and business cases for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, finance, operations) to deliver customized solutions for clients.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Represent the organization in external events, meetings, and industry forums as required.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 35 years of proven experience in business development, corporate sales, or relationship management.
  • Experience working with corporates and multinational companies is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and revenue-driven performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
