Business Development Manager

Envertiz Professional Services is hiring a results-driven Business Development Manager – IT Services on behalf of our partner in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If you have a strong network of IT decision-makers across the UAE/GCC and a proven track record in IT services sales, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC markets.
• Leverage an existing network of CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Procurement Managers, and other decision-makers to generate business.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and SME clients.
• Understand client business requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, commercial quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Work closely with technical and project delivery teams to develop winning solutions.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Required Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of Business Development or IT Services Sales experience.
• Proven experience selling IT Services, Custom Software Development, or Digital Solutions.
• Strong experience in the Middle East (UAE/GCC) market.
• Existing network of enterprise clients and IT decision-makers within the UAE/GCC.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience handling enterprise accounts and long-term client relationships.
• Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.

Technical Knowledge:

• Candidates should have experience selling one or more of the following services:
• Custom Software Development
• Web Application Development
• Mobile Application Development (iOS & Android)
• CRM Solutions
• Salesforce Solutions
• E-commerce Solutions (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, OpenCart)
• Learning Management Systems (Moodle LMS)
• CMS Solutions (WordPress, SharePoint, Umbraco, Drupal)
• API Development & Integration
• ERP Integration
• Website Maintenance & Support
• Digital Transformation Solutions

Preferred Background:

• Candidates from IT consulting firms, software development companies, digital transformation companies, ERP providers, cloud consulting firms, or digital agencies are highly preferred.
• Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.
